Cosy Homes in Lancashire is a scheme in partnership with the 14 local authorities in Lancashire.
The scheme supports residents in the county, offering access to energy efficiency grants, affordable heating solutions, as well as advice and support on a range of savvy energy measures, to help heat, as well as insulate your home.
If your property is in line with our eligibility criteria, you may be able to have a number of energy efficiency improvements installed in your home free of charge including loft insulation and cavity wall insulation.
Cosy Homes in Lancashire are now offering a grant available to Lancashire residents.
The grant is worth up to £25,000 per property and those who are eligible for the grant can be covered for:
If you think any of the above services would be required for your property, you can apply for support from Cosy Homes in Lancashire.
If you, or someone in your household is in receipt of a relevant qualifying benefit or you have a household income of less than £30,000, then you should qualify for funding providing your property has an EPC of D, E,F, or G.
If you don’t claim a qualifying benefit, but are eligible in other qualifying criterias, you may still have the opportunity to have your home insulated or new heating measures installed through our ECO Flex funding.
Alternatively, through our ‘Able to Pay Scheme’ and don’t qualify for the funding, we have negotiated some great prices for boiler replacements, central heating and gas appliance servicing. This is delivered by our Cosy Homes Administration Hub managed by RHEA Projects Ltd. For more information please visit Rheaprojects
