Cosy Homes in Lancashire was launched in 2014 by local authorities to help Lancashire residents warm their homes and save energy through free advice and home improvement grants and funding.

Cosy Homes in Lancashire was launched in 2014 by 15 local authorities in Lancashire following an energy efficiency study commissioned by Blackpool Public Health.
We're a not-for-profit scheme, managed by Rhea Projects, helping residents, landlords and park homeowners with free energy saving services and grants for heating, insulation, and low-carbon renewable technologies.
