Cosy Homes were very privileged to attend an event hosted by Citizens Advice this week discussing the problem and worries of debt.

Fighting Fuel poverty remains a key objective and we meet many organisations that help vulnerable residents across Lancashire.

Citizens Advice provide a free service around community advice and support encompassing welfare benefits, cost of living, housing and employment advice.

As energy bills rise people may find themselves in debt. Citizens Advice is an organisation that will offer help around debt and steer resident towards a debt relief order (DRO). This may provide a solution to a debt and help with any possible anxiety as we acknowledge the difficulty in budgeting in today’s tricky economic environment.
