Am I eligible for funding?

 The funding criteria vary by grant, and if you're a homeowner, private tenant or landlord. The criteria can include:

• Household income
• EPC rating
• Postcode
• Receipt of means-tested benefits 

If you're on either of the following benefits, you may automatically qualify for grants (if the property qualifies): 

• Universal Credit
• Child Tax Credit/Working Tax Credit
• Pension Credit (Guaranteed)
• Income-Based Job Seeker Allowance 
• Income Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
• Income Support
• Housing Benefit 

Please note that the guidelines for some of our funding are set by the Government and any flexibility outside these rules is limited. All funding is subject to a survey, and only measures that are suitable for your property and work within the funding rules will be offered to you.
