Fuel Poverty
National Energy Action writes that the energy crisis has been effecting residents up and down the country for four years. The impact of this situation means that household budgets have been stretched and many people struggle in cold and damp homes.
This abnormal plight is stark, with people either accruing debt or residing in homes that will negatively affect their physical and mental health. According to the Energy Savings Trust there are approximately 3 million people suffering Fuel Poverty. Factors contributing to this very real phenomenon are low incomes, rising energy prices, and inadequate heating, poor insulation and ventilation.
Please contact us if you are suffering and we will advise you accordingly whether its advising you on energy tariffs, changing suppliers or updating you on available grants.
