If you have have any complaints about any aspect of our service, from initial contact to poor workmanship, you need to let us know so that we can put things right. In the first instance please use the 'Contact us' form. Your complaint will go to our Managing Agent, Rhea Projects Ltd, who will invetsigate your complaint and liaise with you through this process.
We take all complaints very seriously so please let us know about anything that you are concerned about no matter how small. We continually strive to improve our services so all feedback will enable us to do this.
