Ingredients

1 tbsp cooking oil (9p)
1 large brown onion (diced) (12p)
2 garlic cloves (crushed) or 1 ½ tsp garlic granules (16p)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (6p)
500g mixed mushrooms (chopped) (£4.50)
1 stock cube of choice (12p)
200ml warm water
15ml soured cream (13p)
Handful of chopped parsley (5p)

Instructions

Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
Add onions to pan and cook until starting to soften.
Add garlic, paprika and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms have softened.
Stir in stock and bring to a gentle boil. Cook until sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the soured cream and parsley.
Serve with brown or white rice of your choice.

He fitted foil behind my radiators, put energy saving bulbs in my lights, plus he put plugs in that turn standby off on the TV and side lamps when not in use. he was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
