An easy dessert on a warm day

Ingredients

250g strawberries (£1.72)
25g caster sugar (48p)
140g mini marshmallows (£1.65)
200ml double cream (£1.07)
100ml water
Fruit of choice for toppings

Instructions

Cut the tops of the strawberries off and halve any large ones.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the strawberries, sugar and water.
Cook for 3 minutes or until the strawberries are soft.
Remove from the heat and mash the strawberries.
Add the marshmallows and mix into the strawberries until melted.
Whilst it cools, whip the cream until it's thick.
Fold the cream into the cooled strawberries and marshmallows, then split between four pots.
Chill for 2 hours or until set and serve with fruit of choice.

He fitted foil behind my radiators, put energy saving bulbs in my lights, plus he put plugs in that turn standby off on the TV and side lamps when not in use. he was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
