We just wanted to say thank you to Cosy Homes and Lisa especially on Friday the 9th of January 2026 for all the help that we received from you after trying to get the WIFI and certificates that we required for our installation of Battery storage at our home. I just wanted to say that all the lads that have come do work in my house over the past week have been very professional, respectful, punctual and tidy. I was really impressed with them being able to put my house back to how it was with no or little damage. I’ve not always had the best experience with builders in my house, but I felt quite comfortable with them. Can you please pass on my thanks I’d be greatly appreciated.

thank you for the amazing and brilliant ASHP you have fitted to my fathers home. The installation was a delight with very competent installers who where very neat and tidy. You cannot tell that anything has been disturbed and everything was returned to normal.

The quality of your manufacturing, design and installation is a credit to your company.

The handover/commissioning by Neil was very easy to understand how the whole system operates and the design is a credit to him (I believe).

I will have no hesitations in recommending your company to anyone who is considering such an eco friendly system.
