Boiler & Central Heating Grants in Blackburn

CHiL are working in partnership with Blackburn Council and other Local Authorities to provide an award winning scheme offering boiler and energy efficiency grants to homes in Blackburn and the surrounding regions.

CHiL offers a range of support enabling Blackburn residents who may need help reducing their energy bills or replacing their heating systems and energy efficiency measures in their homes. We currently have funding for the following measures:

• Cavity Wall Insulation
• First Time Central Heating
• Loft Insulation
• Boiler Replacements
• Oil Heating Systems
• Room in Roof Insulation
• LPG/ Park Home Heating Systems
  

We offer full free installations or funding towards the installation of new or replacement measures for residents in Blackburn and surrounding areas such as Billinge and Beardwood, Darwen, Whitehall and Turton with Tockholes.
