Bambers came to fit new storage heaters. Alistair was fantastic telling us what was happening at each stage prior to having them installed and overseeing all work. Sam & his team were polite, efficient and hard working. Even vacuumed afterwards. Had 2 storage heaters + 2 panel heaters installed via Cosy Homes. Totally transformed our apartment and looking forward to a warmer winter this year. Thankyou Bambers Blackpool & Cosy Homes Preston.

Found online. 6-8 months from application. Process was straightforward although sometimes lacking in clear updates/communication re dates/measures etc. Homes is much quieter, warmer and not draughty or cold. Our energy bills have been reduced. A step by step 'what is next' type guide would be helpful in understanding the process. Other than that thank you very much :)

The workmen are to be congratulated on their professionalism and quality of work. We don't shiver or tremble with the cold when we go to the bathroom. The bedroom is beautiful and warm and energy bills have improved. You could not have done anything better, you can't improve on perfection. There is a substantial difference. Internal Wall Insulation means the house heats up quicker and retains heat longer. Solar panels have reduced electric bill by 20% during Feb to April. Expecting more savings in Summer. The workmen were very friendly and polite and explained everything. Always dealt with professionally when speaking with Cosy Homes
