Solar panels can be funded through the Government's Warm Homes: Local Grant. For eligible residents, the grant could cover the cost of installation.
After applying, we'll review what measures your home needs. Under the Warm Homes: Local Grant, this could include insulation, air source heat pumps and solar panels. Solar panel Battery Storage will be installed if suitable for your home.
We'll contact you within 5 working days to confirm eligibility. If eligible, a retrofit survey will be organised. This is to review the property and decide what measures are suitable.
A contractor will then contact you to arrange a Technical Survey. This is an in-depth survey of the property to take the required measurements for installation.
The contractor will then submit quotes to the Government for approval. Once approved, you will be contacted to arrange the installation date.

Our fully trained contractors will typically install a Sunsynk-W5.3 or Sunsynk-10.6 lithium battery. The installation must be undertaken by an expert to maximise the efficiency of the solar battery storage. Our recommended batteries weigh approximately 46kg-101kg. They will charge between a temperature of -10° to - 55° and discharge between -20° to -55°
