Coronavirus Update

The Cosy Homes in Lancashire initiative is governed by Blackpool Public Health and we are being advised on a daily basis on how to continue to operate safely during the current Coronavirus pandemic.

The Government has identified that staff working in the Heating Industry are classed as Key Workers to ensure that elderly and vulnerable residents in self isolation have access to heating and hot water.

Surveys and installations will continue as programmed unless you wish to postpone for the time being which is quite understandable. Please be assured that where installations are taking place they are being done under strict Public Health guidelines. Contact with residents will be kept to an absolute minimum and all engineers will be equipped with anti-bacterial cleaning products to ensure their working environment is left sterile upon departure.

Wherever possible surveys will be conducted remotely whereby customers will be required to take photographic evidence of boilers, pipework etc. The surveyor will talk you through the requirements over the phone.

Your health and safety, and that of your loved ones, is paramount to us and we will not carry out any unnecessary visits and will postpone any visits should you wish.
